$129 per truck for the first 10.
$99 for each one after.

10 trucks × $129 CAD / month. Plus applicable tax.
A “truck” means a technician who leads at least one completed job in the billing month. Helpers and apprentices working alongside them don’t add a seat charge. Minimum one truck.

How does this compare with what we pay now?
It depends on what you use now. Jobber often costs less. Housecall Pro can too, depending on the plan and how many people use it. Both publish plan prices in U.S. dollars. ServiceTitan, BuildOps and ServiceTrade quote on request. BoltWright charges in Canadian dollars by working truck, with no seat charge for office users, helpers or apprentices, and Bolt is included. Bring your current bill to a walkthrough and we’ll put the two side by side for your shop.
Does Bolt cost extra?
No. Bolt’s help with the work is part of the subscription, with no AI seats or credit packs to buy. Trial shops share a daily AI allowance across imports, chat and live voice. The phone line is the one thing to plan for: if you want Bolt answering it, we set up the number with you and agree on any cost for the number or call minutes before it’s turned on. The same goes for any other metered third-party service.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars: C$129 per working truck a month for the first ten trucks, then C$99 each. Office users, helpers and apprentices are included. Applicable sales tax is added to the bill.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. The subscription is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
What if our staffing changes?
Your first paid month uses the truck count you choose at signup. After that, each monthly bill uses the number of technicians who led at least one completed job in the previous billing month, with a minimum of one truck. A helper working alongside a lead doesn’t count as another truck. A helper who leads their own completed job does. Changes appear on the monthly bill, with no mid-month charges.
What does it cost to get started?
There’s no setup fee. Moving your records and training the team are included. A card is required for the 14-day trial; your subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. We look at your records and agree on what comes across before moving them.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Your records belong to your shop. An administrator can download all of them any time from Admin: one zip with a spreadsheet for each kind of record (customers, sites, equipment, agreements, jobs, visits, hours, findings, quotes, invoices, notes and expenses), the reports, quotes and invoices you sent as PDFs, and every photo and attachment. It opens in Excel, and a README explains each file. After you cancel, ask us and we’ll send it to you.
When does billing start?
After your 14-day trial. A card is required at signup, with nothing due that day. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise, your card is charged monthly, plus applicable tax.
