Using the builder
Saving and reopening your report
This browser keeps one draft. Clearing browser data deletes it, and private browsing may not retain it. Use Save draft file to keep a backup or move the report to another device. Open that file here to edit it and download a new PDF.
Equipment and photo limits
Add up to 30 units, six photos per unit and 24 photos per report. Use JPEG, PNG or WebP files under 15 MB. Photos are resized for the PDF, so keep your originals separately.
Privacy and usage measurement
Your report text and photos are not sent to BoltWright. We measure page visits, button actions and equipment/photo counts. Form recording and session replay are disabled on this page.
What to check before sending
Check the customer, site and equipment tags. Record what was completed separately from work still needed, and include units with your readings. The builder formats what you enter; it does not verify findings or certify the work.
