What this page doesn’t cover
- Covers Energence LGH and LCH in the 7.5–12.5 and 13–25 ton cabinets (R-410A, 60 Hz). The 3–6 ton Energence units use different heat codes (S and M are 1-stage there) and the 20–30 and 35–50 ton cabinets use their own documents; none of those are decoded here. LHH heat pumps are not covered.
- Code L at position 10 means low gas heat on an LGH and 60 kW electric heat on an LCH. Read the second character (G or C) first.
- Lennox's current replacement lines (Enlight, Model L) use different nomenclature and are separate records.
- Filter sizes are the factory return-air filters from the specification tables. Confirm against the rack in the unit.
- No serial-number date decoder: no Lennox-owned document found states the commercial rooftop serial format.
